These offerings simplify the transition to EVs by making them more reliable, accessible and affordable while strengthening key ownership drivers such as battery performance, assured resale value, 24/7 roadside assistance and intelligent connected features. By providing a holistic ecosystem that combines convenience with performance, VIDA ensures that customers can fully adopt and experience the benefits of electric mobility.

From assured buyback plans that provide financial certainty to VIDA Edge that offers advanced digital connectivity and unlimited fast-charging benefits, VIDA’s value-added services are designed to optimize total cost of ownership and create long-term trust. All this is further strengthened by India’s largest EV charging network of over 3,600 stations, ensuring a worry-free ride for every customer.

VIDA’s disruptive Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription is further expanding this ecosystem. This flexible ‘pay-as-you-go’ model allows customers to finance the scooter chassis and battery separately, reducing the high upfront cost into affordable and convenient monthly payments. By offering greater choice and flexibility, BaaS redefines accessibility and delivers a seamless and future-ready riding experience.

Comprehensive Extended Warranty
To provide greater peace of mind to customers, VIDA has introduced a comprehensive extended warranty package offering coverage up to 5 years or 75,000 km. Additionally, a dedicated battery warranty coverage of up to 5 years or 60,000 km ensures long-term performance and reliability. Together, these warranties reinforce VIDA’s commitment to strong product durability, engineering excellence and customer trust.

Extended Battery Warranty
Recognizing the vital role of batteries in EV performance, VIDA now offers extended battery warranty. This coverage protects riders from unexpected expenses arising from battery failure or performance issues, even in different weather and usage conditions.

To address one of the biggest concerns for EV buyers – resale confidence – VIDA now offers an assured buyback plan. After three years of ownership, customers can return their VIDA scooter and get up to 67.5% of the original effective ex-showroom price. This transparent and hassle-free exhaust option makes upgrades or changes easy, while also strengthening confidence in the long-term value of the scooter.

Connectivity and Charging Subscription
To make every day ride smarter and more convenient, VIDA now offers a bundled connectivity and fast charging subscription. It allows customers to access VIDA’s growing charging network, as well as unlock a suite of intelligent connected features via the mobile app. Riders can monitor battery health, locate charging stations, access ride statistics, and enjoy over-the-air software updates for a seamless and tech-forward experience.

VIDA’s 24*7 roadside assistance service ensures that riders are never left stranded. Covering issues such as flat tyres, discharged batteries and mechanical faults, this nationwide service provides on-demand assistance and towing, giving riders peace of mind, no matter the time or location.

The suite of value-added services will be made available through VIDA’s extensive dealership network and digital platform, providing customers integrated access to the EV ecosystem.
