The 2026 RS 457 remains unchanged, which isn’t a bad thing at all. It continues to use a 457cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 47.6bhp and 43.5 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch.
This motor provides smooth power throughout the rev range. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why the RS 457 has become popular among riders.
Aprilia Has equipped RS 457 with many modern features. It gets ride-by-wire throttle, three riding modes, adjustable traction control and dual-channel ABS. Additionally, the bike gets a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, which shows ride data and smartphone alerts.
The design also looks different. Sharp twin LED headlamps, an aggressive fairing and a sleek tail section give it a big bike feel. Even though it falls in the entry-level sportbike category, it definitely looks and feels premium.
